Xue Jinqiang, male, was born on Feb.15th, 1963. Xue became a student in the Department of English in Shaanxi Normal University in 1982, majoring in English Language and literature. In 1986, with a bachelor degree of arts, Xue remained at his alma mater as a faculty member after graduation, giving lectures and lessons to non-English majors and English majors. During the years of 2002-2004, Xue studied educational administration in Hong Kong Open University and got Master Degree of Education in 2004. Xue studied TESOL in Brigham Young University- Hawaii in 2005 and 2006, and he studied higher education administration in San Francisco State University during September to October in 2013.
